MIND BODY AND SOUL ONE YEAR ANNIVERSAY 2026

On Wednesday 01/07/2026 the Clementswood SNT officer were invited to the Mind Body & Soul gathering to celebrate one years of the women's group. The Mind Body Soul group has been organising this for women who need to have a centre to speak engage with the community. The group have had the SNT officers to attend to speak on VAGW-Street Crime-Mobile phone thefts-Purse thefts and advise.

As the groups first language is Urdu and Punjabi officers on both Clementswood SNT and Loxford SNT have attended to speak to the group in their respected language.

Also the group organise other speakers to attended from the Redbridge Council to help the ladies on welfare and other issues they may be experiencing. The ladies group have been given the engagement hub garden which they have done an amazing job, the group have yoga exercising once a week. If there is anyone to register and join please attend on Monday and Wednesday at 1200hrs.
